Year six used their artistic craft skills to create clay sculptures for the fourth plinth in Trafalgar Square! They were amazing!

Year six used the amazing book Sulwe to produce artwork and poetry on World Book Day! 

In DT, year six used their sawing and measuring skills to design and construct automata toys.

Wigan fire brigade came into year six to talk about fire safety. 

Year six used their zentangle patterns to create a wonderful printed calendar, that can be admired all year round. Well done year six!

 Year six made  their own advent candles and thought about the message of hope, peace, love and joy, at this special time.

Year six modelled how light travels from a light source in straight lines, hits an object then the light is reflected from the object to a person’s eyes enabling them to see the object. Didn’t they do well?
